How to use this file

Everything below the dashed line is a real webpage template. The yellow-highlighted bracketed text is what you replace with your own offer's details. Once it's filled in, this becomes your actual bridge page, the one that captures an email before anyone hits the affiliate's sales page.

  1. Replace every yellow-highlighted [bracketed] section with your own offer's details.
  2. Replace YOUR_EMAIL_FORM_ACTION_HERE in the form code with your own opt-in form's action URL, from whatever email tool you use to collect leads.
  3. Save the file, then upload or paste it wherever you host pages (your own site, Systeme, Carrd, or any page builder you already use).
  4. On the page people see AFTER they opt in, that's where your actual affiliate link goes, not on this page. Putting the affiliate link here defeats the whole point of the bridge.
Before you publish: delete this entire dark section (nav bar included), it's for you, not your visitors. Everything from the "YOUR TEMPLATE STARTS BELOW" line down is what goes live.
