First Commission Sprint · Core Plan

The 7-Day Sprint Plan

One task a day. Check it off, move to the next. By Day 7 you'll have a real promotion live, not just another thing you learned. Haven't read 00-start-here.html yet? Go read that first, it explains what a bridge page is and walks through your two options for building one.

1DAY

Lock your offer

If you already ran the 5 AI Prompts, you're done with this step, just pull up the offer that scored well.

If you haven't yet, run this one now: open your AI tool and paste your niche/audience in, ask it to find 3-5 real, active affiliate programs tied to a problem that audience already pays to solve. Pick the one with the clearest fit and a fair commission.

Write down: the offer name, your affiliate link, and one sentence on what problem it solves.
2DAY

Build your bridge page

This is the page that captures an email before anyone hits the affiliate's actual sales page. Open the Bridge-First Page Swipe template, fill in your offer's outcome and your affiliate link, and publish it somewhere you can host a simple page (a free page builder, a spare page on your own site, or a Systeme/Carrd-style tool works fine).

Bridge page is live and the email capture actually works, test it yourself first.

3DAY

Write your promotion

Open the Day-by-Day Promo Swipe Pack and fill in the template for whichever platform you're starting on (a post, a short video script, or an email, whichever fits where you're posting). Don't write from scratch, customize the swipe.

One piece of promo content written and ready to post, pointing to your bridge page, not straight to the affiliate's page.

4DAY

Post it

If you have any audience at all, post there first. If you're starting from zero, open the Zero-Follower Starter List and pick one place from it, read that community's rules before posting anything.

Your promotion is actually posted somewhere real people will see it.

5DAY

Show up a second time

One post is a data point, not a system, but for this sprint, one more rep matters more than theory. Post in a second place from your starter list, or reply to anyone who engaged with Day 4's post. Consistency beats a single lucky hit.

A second touch point posted or a real reply sent.
6DAY

Check what's actually happening

Look at your bridge page: any opt-ins yet? Look at your posts: any real engagement, or silence? Don't panic either way, one week isn't enough data to judge an offer long-term, but it's enough to notice if something's obviously broken (a dead link, a confusing headline, a platform that clearly wasn't the right fit).

Fixed anything that was obviously broken, or noted it for the debrief.
7DAY

Debrief

Open the 7-Day Debrief Worksheet and actually fill it out. This is what turns one sprint into a repeatable skill instead of a one-off. Decide honestly: double down on this offer, tweak the approach, or pick a new offer and run the sprint again.

Debrief worksheet completed, next move decided.
